David Heim

Dave Heim grew up in the city of Orange and after graduating from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in marketing he spent 2 years overseas building campus Christian clubs through Cru. After returning to southern California Dave got his masters in Intercultural studies from Biola University and served as a youth pastor in multiple churches for over 7 years until he was sent to plant Friends Church Anaheim in February 2019 with his wife Jessica and two boys Caleb and Seth.
Dave enjoys sports and staying active so he recently took us running Spartan races with his wife and boys. He works out hard because he loves to eat and would enjoy having a meal with you because we find life in relationship with one another. Dave is passionate about seeing others come to saving faith in Jesus and then unleashing them to lead and reach others in their community with the good news of Jesus.
